Hi, I’m a 27-year-old photographer with a heart for storytelling, a love for beautiful light, and a deep faith in God that guides both my life and my work.

I founded Black Swan Imagery in 2021 and have since refined a style rooted in artistry and authenticity. My work began with couples and families and has grown into weddings through assisting and second shooting alongside talented photographers. I spent a couple of years working in a bridal boutique, learning the art of dress fluffing, the proper way to keep your veil on all day, and how to assist with all accessories. In October of 2024 I planned, DIYed and set up everything the morning of my wedding. That experience taught me just how much care, preparation, and calm truly matter on a wedding day. And even though it's not my job, I will always step up to help my bride if I am able to.

When I’m behind the camera, I’m more than your photographer. I’m your hype girl, your calm presence, and your go-to for dress fixes, touch-ups, and everything in between—there to support you, celebrate you, and make sure you feel confident and radiant every step of the way.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! I’m always honored to travel wherever your love story takes you. If you’re happy to have me along for the adventure, I’ll gladly capture your day no matter the location. Travel and lodging fees may apply depending on distance and will always be discussed transparently during the booking process.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely! Planning is one of my favorite parts of the process, and I love helping couples create a session that feels meaningful, natural, and true to them. I’m always happy to meet for coffee (if you’re local) or schedule a FaceTime call to talk through locations, outfits, timing, and overall vision.

For those looking for a more elevated experience, I also offer a Luxe Engagement option where I assist with planning and coordinating the proposal location and setup for a truly unforgettable moment.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. Cancellations within 90 days of the wedding are non-refundable. One reschedule may be permitted with at least 60 days’ notice, subject to availability.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Every session includes a curated collection of high-resolution digital images delivered through a private, downloadable online gallery. All digital images come with full personal printing rights.

For couples who prefer a seamless, professional experience, I also offer heirloom-quality prints and custom-designed wedding albums that can be ordered directly through me—so you never have to worry about navigating unfamiliar print labs or websites.

Some wedding collections include a complimentary custom album, and albums or prints are always available as optional add-ons for any session. Just let me know what you’re interested in, and I’ll be happy to include it in your final package.

5. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer flexible payment plans to make the booking process easy and stress-free. Payment schedules will be outlined in your contract and can be customized to fit your needs.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I love seeing vision boards, inspiration photos, and hearing any ideas you have for your session or wedding day. Your input is always welcome and helps me better understand your style and what matters most to you.

That said, I’ll also gently guide you with posing and prompts throughout the session, while focusing on capturing candid, natural moments in between. My goal is to blend your vision with my artistic approach to create images that feel both intentional and authentic.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! I love connecting with my couples before their session or wedding day. Whether it’s over coffee (if you’re local) or a virtual call, it’s a great way for us to get to know each other, talk through your vision, and make sure you feel completely comfortable going into your session.

8. What happens if it rains?

Rain is never a problem — I always come prepared with backup plans, flexible timelines, and creative solutions to ensure you still receive beautiful images no matter the weather.

If weather conditions are unsafe (such as heavy rain, storms, or anything that could put equipment at risk), I’m happy to offer a reschedule, with your payment transferring to the next available date.

If it’s light rain or mist, we can absolutely still shoot — I’ll assess conditions in real time and prioritize both your experience and the safety of my equipment.
